Sergelen Tumurbagana
Mr. Sergelen is the managing partner of the firm, with over 12 years of experience advising on complex transactions involving multinational parties. His practice focuses on key areas such as Minerals and Energy projects, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Debt Financing, where he regularly advises clients on a wide range of legal and commercial matters.
In addition to his transactional work, Mr. Sergelen serves as an arbitrator at the Mongolian International Arbitration Center, overseeing domestic and international arbitration disputes.
