Mr. Bayarkhuu is a highly experienced partner at the firm, bringing over 14 years of expertise in dispute resolution, civil, and administrative proceedings. He plays a key role in advising large Mongolian group companies on a wide array of legal matters, including complex mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, labor law, and navigating the regulatory process for securing business licenses and permits. His work spans both transactional and contentious matters, allowing him to offer well-rounded legal solutions to his clients.

In addition to his current role, Mr. Bayarkhuu’s legal career includes significant leadership experience. Prior to joining the firm, he served as the managing partner of a prominent Mongolian litigation law firm, where he honed his skills in managing high-stakes legal disputes. He also served as in-house counsel at Mobicom Corporation, Mongolia’s largest mobile network provider, where he was responsible for handling a broad range of legal and regulatory issues in the telecommunications sector.
