Ms. Myadagmaa is an associate of the firm. Her responsibilities include advising and drafting wide ranges of agreements for corporate clients, and the preparation of detailed due diligence reports on target companies for mergers and acquisition transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Myadagmaa served as a paralegal and project coordinator of a major law firm in Mongolia.
